Our 12-Month Workmanship Warranty

Quality craftsmanship. Confidence in your home.

At Stonegate Homes & Interiors, we stand behind the work we do. Our 12-month limited workmanship warranty covers defects in workmanship on work performed by Stonegate and our subcontractors within your agreed project scope, beginning on the documented date of project completion.

What’s Covered

  • If a covered workmanship defect arises during the warranty period, Stonegate will inspect the issue and repair or correct the affected work at no additional cost to you, including the labor and materials necessary for the covered repair.
  • Coverage applies to installation and construction work included in your project agreement, such as carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tile, and other contracted improvements.

Manufacturer Warranties

Products, fixtures, appliances, and materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Product defects are addressed under those warranties, where applicable. A manufacturer warranty does not exclude Stonegate’s responsibility for a covered installation defect.

What’s Not Covered

This workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance.
  • Natural material variations, aging, or normal seasonal movement that does not result from defective workmanship.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or repairs and alterations performed by others.
  • Preexisting conditions or work outside Stonegate’s contracted scope.
  • Damage caused by storms, flooding, accidents, or other external events, unless the damage results from a covered workmanship defect.

Warranty Service

How to Request Warranty Service

Contact Stonegate through your Houzz Pro client dashboard or our website contact page as soon as you notice a concern. Please provide your name, project address, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

We will review your request, coordinate an inspection when needed, and schedule covered repairs within a reasonable timeframe. Please provide reasonable access to the affected area and take practical steps to prevent further damage. Issues reported during the warranty period remain eligible for review even if the inspection or repair occurs afterward.
