Our consultation is the first step in creating a well-planned, successful project. This meeting allows us to understand your goals, evaluate your space, and determine the best path forward before any work begins.

During your consultation, we will:

Discuss your vision, priorities, and overall scope of work
Review functionality, layout, and design considerations
Evaluate existing conditions and potential challenges
Provide professional insight on materials, finishes, and options
Answer questions regarding timelines, budgeting, and next steps

For remodels and design-focused projects, we include a 3D room scan and detailed measurements to ensure accuracy and alignment from the very beginning. This allows us to build estimates and designs that reflect real-world conditions reducing surprises later in the process.

Consultation Fee (Residential)

The consultation fee is $100-$150*, which covers on-site time, evaluation, and documentation. This fee helps ensure we dedicate focused, professional attention to your project and is applied toward the planning phase.

Consultation Fee (Commercial)

The consultation fee is $250-$350*, which covers on-site time, evaluation, and documentation-including providing 3D/CAD rendering.
